Mark as Useful Rang and answered, hang up. Later, rang, let it ring, no message. I phoned the number, only to reach someone who insists nobody is calling from that number. Reported the number to AT&T as a possible 'spoofed number' fraud.

This smells like a scam to me as other people have said they got a call about something to do with diabetes.
